As standard, Gift Vouchers across high-street and online vendors are inclined to provide an expiration date on goods or services.
Many choose to keep validity to a few months, where as at Secret Spa we give more flexibility with a total of 12 months to redeem our e-vouchers & gift cards. In order to be fair to all customers, we are unfortunately unable to extend the 12 months expiry at this time.
