If a therapist tests positive, we will continue to ask them to self-isolate for the recommended five days and they will not be able to take bookings on the platform during this time. We will contact all customers that this therapist has seen and advise them to take a test.
If you test positive after having seen a therapist, please let us know so that they can stop taking bookings until they have taken a test.
