We will continue to ask all therapists and customers to advise us of any positive COVID-19 results or symptoms and recommend that appointments are rescheduled as a result. We also kindly ask that you let us know if you have tested positive and had a booking in the last 10 days so we can inform your therapist.
We advise that customers follow the government guidelines on ventilation of indoor spaces to help minimise the chance of transmission.
Face coverings will now be worn at your discretion. Please let us know in advance of your appointment if you require your therapist to wear PPE.
Following the latest guidance, we will no longer be asking our customers to provide their own towels from Monday 8th March, however you are more than welcome to do so if you feel more comfortable.
